Inclusive digital experiences

Accessibility statement

Our approach to accessible website content and how to report a difficulty.

01Policy information

Our commitment

Softu wants its website and digital services to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We consider readable content, keyboard access, colour contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful structure and alternative text as part of ongoing design and development.

Current limitations

Some older content, third-party tools, embedded services or uploaded documents may not yet meet every accessibility expectation. Third-party services are partly controlled by their providers, but we will consider reasonable alternatives where possible.

Assistance and alternative formats

If you cannot access information or complete an action, contact Softu with the page address, the difficulty encountered, your device or assistive technology if relevant, and the format or support you need.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback helps us improve. We will review reported barriers and aim to provide a practical response or alternative within a reasonable timeframe.

Review

This statement is reviewed as the website and services evolve. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time declaration.
