Responsible use

You must use Softu websites, portals, forms and digital services lawfully, responsibly and only for their intended purpose.

Prohibited activity

You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, distribute malware, overload services, send spam, harvest data unlawfully, impersonate others or upload illegal, harmful, infringing or deceptive material.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Tell Softu promptly if you believe credentials or access have been compromised.

Enforcement

Softu may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or legal obligations. Serious suspected misuse may be preserved and reported to an appropriate authority.

Reporting concerns

Report a security or misuse concern through the published contact details. Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before Softu has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.
